WORKSHOP DESIGN AND FACILITATION FOR A GLOBAL GAMING COMPANY

  • Designed and facilitated a remote DISC behavioural workshop for engineering and design teams at an international gaming company. Strengthened communication practices, collaboration, and workflow alignment.

  • Workshop Design for Cross-Team Collaboration

    Profile

An international tech company that develops large-scale gaming and digital products for a global audience.

Identified recurring communication challenges between the engineering and design teams. The leadership team wanted a practical, science-backed way to improve collaboration and understanding before a major product launch.

I became a qualified DISC practitioner and created a tailored behavioural workshop focused on communication, trust, and teamwork. This provided both teams with tools to understand differences, build empathy, and work more effectively together.

    • Completed formal DISC training and certification to lead workshops

    • Defined clear session goals with the leadership team and designed a custom workshop deck

    • Prepared for remote facilitation using interactive and engagement-led methods

    • Tested facilitation delivery during a “Futurathon” team event to refine delivery and flow

    • Facilitated the DISC workshop for cross-team collaboration between design and engineering

    • Created an after-session resource pack with summaries, reflection tools, and next steps

    • Applied behavioural science principles to connect personality insights to daily teamwork habits for the team

  • Positive feedback from both teams, who reported clearer communication, stronger understanding, and smoother collaboration across “squads.”

Follow-up actions led to regular feedback check-ins, improved goal alignment, and updates to internal support policies.

“You helped spark so many thoughts and ideas which will help build the future of our pillar.”
    Team Leader

Small shifts in understanding can transform team performance.

COPYWRITING FOR A VINTAGE E-COMMERCE FASHION BRAND: FASHIDITY

  • Developed brand messaging, website copy, and social media strategy for an emerging vintage fashion label. Defined voice, story, and customer experience.

  • Fashidity | Vintage Timepieces & Jewellery

Based in London, Fashidity curates rare vintage watches and jewellery. Each piece is chosen for its story, history, and beauty. Originally selling through third-party marketplaces, the brand needed a clear identity to guide sourcing, attract a premium audience, and prepare for independent sales.

The challenge was to translate a passion for vintage craft into a brand experience that felt timeless yet modern. Through refined copy, visual storytelling, and a soft rebrand, the new direction positioned Fashidity as a tasteful curator.

Brand Messaging: romantic • timeless • curated • emotive

  • To shape Fashidity’s new identity, I built a creative foundation that reflected the brand’s romantic and timeless aesthetic.

    • Defined brand values, ethos, and tone of voice

    • Created brand guidelines and a visual moodboard to guide photography, colour, and styling

You might think it's become a hype term. But these billion-dollar companies don't think so. They take culture very seriously.

    Here's why you should, too.
