SUPERHUMXN BRAND & WEBSITE
Every other week, I write a newsletter for Superhumxn about how culture shapes the future of work.
I created Superhumxn to share what I’ve learned through years of work and research in people and culture, and how leaders and teams can apply these insights to thrive.
WHERE I’VE WORKED
Consultant & Writer for Superhumxn (current)
LEGEND, Senior People Experience Partner
Chrystal Capital, HR Manager
[Franchise] Virgin Media O2, Head of People
Richemont, HR Officer
Amazon, HR Assistant
Hi, I’m Cara. I help leaders turn culture and communication into tools for growth.
As a lifelong learner of human behaviour and psychology, I built a career in HR and writing. My work explores how behaviour, culture, and communication shape success as technology evolves.
I focus on designing company systems and cultural practices that help teams adapt through rapid change, growth, and M&A. My experience spans both strategy and operations.
That lens shapes how I think and write — particularly the tension between technological progress and the human experience at work.
Reach out if this work connects with you. I’m interested in advisory positions, consulting projects and writing or research opportunities, especially those at the intersection of company culture, the future of work, and technology.

PERSONALITY PROFILES
I geek out over all kinds of psychometric tools. Whether you find them helpful or not, I use them as prompts for reflection.
